Purpose:

Jharkhand’s Unified Digital Data Platform (UDDP) aims to enhance both decision making and citizen service delivery by creating a unified and integrated digital data platform. UDDP intends to create a golden record for each resident by pulling beneficiary data from all the various departmental scheme databases and   running an effective deduplication process across these beneficiary records. Each beneficiary is given a unique individual UDDP ID and a Family ID which is linked to the family of the resident.  The UDDP ID helps the beneficiary assess whether they are getting the best out of the government schemes and the department can validate whether scheme benefit is reaching the right people.

 

Objectives:

Empower Data-Driven Decisions: UDDP shall equip government departments with valuable insights on scheme implementation and its effectiveness. This data-driven approach shall enable them to make informed decisions for future social schemes, also help the department identify possible areas of pilferage in existing schemes and plug the leakage through effective administrative intervention with data.

Enhance Resident Empowerment: Residents shall benefit from a user-friendly portal offering easy access to information on availed benefits, eligible schemes, single platform for all government schemes and empowers them to actively participate in government initiatives.

Components of UDDP:

  1.       Core UDDP Database

 

The UDDP Database consists of resident and their family details. Each resident is assigned a unique UDDP ID, and a family unit is a assigned a family ID.

 

  1.       Department Portal (https://uddp.jharkhand.gov.in/uddpbo)

The State Government Portal for Departments provides insights by means of analytics on who all are getting benefitted, which regions are leading in terms of distribution of benefits, what is the gender and age distribution of the beneficiaries.

 

  1.       Resident Portal ( https://uddp.jharkhand.gov.in/resident/)

 

Residents can login into the resident portal through OTP authentication. After login, a resident can get access to his/her UDDP ID, family ID, availed schemes at individual level and at the family level as well as details of Direct Benefit Transfers from the Government

 

  1.       DBT Portal (https://uddp.jharkhand.gov.in/dbt/)

The DBT portal provides a comprehensive Dashboard of cash based DBT across various schemes for the State Government. Drill down Dashboards at Department and Scheme levels are also present. The DBT Portal is also integrated with Bharat DBT Portal for DBT data sharing.
